ND Tax Incentives

If you pay income taxes in North Dakota, an excellent tax credit is available.  Individuals making outright or planned gifts of $5,000 or more receive a 40% state tax credit, with a maximum credit of $10,000 per year for an individual or $20,000 per year for a married couple.  For more information on this tax incentive please see our brochure on the North Dakota Tax Credit.
