The Grand Forks Senior Center is planning a VERY exciting, first-of-its-kind, event for older adults. We will be hosting a Thanksgiving Feast for Seniors at the Alerus Center on Tuesday, November 13 with an 11 am meal, followed by music by “Matt Hodek and the Dakota Dutchmen” at 12:30 pm.

The Grand Forks Senior Center’s annual Thanksgiving meals, which generally take place about nine days before Thanksgiving, have always been a hit. Last year we hit our capacity for the noon and the evening meals at the Senior Center and had to turn away at least 100 additional seniors. No more turning people away!

This year we are aiming to gather at least 600 seniors from the region for this Thanksgiving Feast as we come together to give thanks, have fun, and enjoy fabulous food!

People can stop by the Grand Forks Senior Center (620 4th Ave S) to make your ticket reservations or call us at 701-772-7245. All ticket reservations must be made one week in advance by Tuesday, November 6. Where else can you get a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for a suggested donation of $4.25 for people 60 and older?

Questions? Call the Grand Forks Senior Center at 701-772-7245.

SPECIAL THANK YOU to our SPONSORS of the Thanksgiving Feast:
